Dispatch and Delivery Timescales:
- International & UK orders placed BEFORE 3:00 PM (UK time) will be dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
- International & UK orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday).
- UK orders typically take 48 working hours to arrive after dispatch.
- International orders may take up to 5 working days for Europe and up to 7 working days for USA customers (Please allow 14 business days MAX for all International orders).
- Please note: Tax will be automatically added at checkout for international customers based on their location.
- All orders will be dispatched from our UK hub.
