Bow Down and Surrender

Bow down,
surrender to the stars.
Bow down,
surrender to our sun.
Bow down,
surrender to our moon.
Bow down,
surrender to this beautiful planet earth.
Bow down,
to all the waters of the earth.
Bow down,
to the air that we have.
Bow down,
to the mountains that we can see and climb.
Bow down and surrender
to the hills.
Bow down and surrender
to the trees and all the bushes.
Bow down and surrender
to all the creatures.
Bow down and surrender
to the clouds.
Bow down and surrender
to the winds.
Bow down and surrender
to the still air.
Bow down and surrender
to your breath.
Bow down and surrender
to that beating drum of yours,
your heart.
Bow down and surrender
all that you have seen.
Bow down and surrender
to all the sounds.
And bow down to the darkness that is so dark,
nothing to see.
Bow down and surrender to the rainbows
that you can catch.
Bow down to all the directions and surrender
to the North, East, South and West.
Bow down to the sunrises and the sunsets.

You do not need your thoughts.
You do not need your mind.
It is the act of free will.
No speculating, no wondering,
there are no rewards.
There are no rewards.
No matter how developed you become,
no matter how wise you are.
No matter even if you become an angel,
there are no rewards.
You just are.

Bow down and surrender
all the moments of your life.
Bow down and surrender
those that have harmed you and hurt you.
Bow down and surrender
to all the little ones,
the ones that are laughing and the ones that are crying.
Bow down and surrender
what you cannot see nor understand.

It is then
that you will know
fire.
