Q: Can you tell me about order processing & dispatch timescale?

A: All orders placed BEFORE 3:00 PM (UK time) will be dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).

A: All orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM (UK time) will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday).

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

A: If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is processed. If it’s after 3 PM UK time, it may be too late to make changes, depending on when the order was placed.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: UK orders: Typically arrive within 24–48 working hours after dispatch.

International orders:

    • Europe: Up to 5 working days
    • USA/Worldwide: Up to 7 working days
    • Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for all international orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to multiple countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: Do you accept returns for books?

A: At this time, we do not accept returns for books. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Please review our T&C for more details.

Q: Where are the books available from?

A: All books are exclusively available via the EmahoSpeaks.co website and no other outlet / venue / events.

Q: Why am I being charged an import/duty fee for my book?

A: Import and duty fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information on applicable charges.

Q: How long will the order take?

A: Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for all international orders and 48 hours for UK. If has been more than 14 business days please contact us via https://emahospeaks.co/contact-us for more info. 

Q: Where are books dispatched from?

A: At the moment all books are dispatched from our UK hub. 

Q: How to track my order?

A: When you place an order with us, you should receive an email containing a note with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you can track your order by visiting Royal Mail’s tracking page.

If you can’t find your tracking number, please email us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

A: Currently, we only accept payments in GBP/£, as all books are dispatched from the UK, and we have priced them accordingly to avoid fluctuations in exchange rates.
